a) Information you provide
- Account and profile data if you sign in (e.g., nickname or avatar you choose in-game).
- Support correspondence when you contact us (name, email address, device model, and message content).
- Purchase details processed by the app store — we do not receive or store your payment card information.

- Device information such as device model, operating system, language, region, and approximate performance metrics.
- In-game activity (levels played, scores, power-ups used, time spent) used to save your progress and improve the game.

c) Information we do NOT collect
Bingo Carnival Blast does not ask for precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access. The game is fully playable without providing personal identifying information.

6. Data Retention
We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Support messages are typically retained for up to 24 months. Game progress tied to a device is retained until you request deletion or uninstall the App and skip cloud save.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information against accidental or unlawful loss, access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, however.
8. Children's Privacy
Bingo Carnival Blast is suitable for a general audience (rated Everyone). The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age that requires parental consent in your country. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
